At Green Mann, we want our customers to be satisfied with our services and products. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which you can request a refund.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services, digital and physical products offered by Green Mann through our website or direct agreements with customers.
2. Refund request

3. Conditions for refund

Personalized services or design consultations: Due to their personalized nature, not all services are refundable. Partial or full refunds will only be considered if work has not started or if no final product has been delivered.

Digital or downloadable products: No refunds will be issued if the customer has already accessed or downloaded the product.

Physical products: Returns are accepted only if the product arrives in defective condition or different from what was ordered, and must be reported within the indicated period.
4. Refund Processing

Once the refund request is approved, the process may take up to [specify timeframe, for example: 10 business days] depending on the payment method used.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

In the case of partial refunds, the amount to be refunded and the reasons for the deduction will be clearly explained.
5. Exceptions

Services that have already been completed and delivered as agreed.

Digital products that have already been downloaded or used.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence or incorrect installation of physical products.
